What do I do if I need to return my purchase?
No worries, Luv2haveit.com customers are given 2 business days to initiate a return from delivery receipt date. All returns and exchanges must be requested by e-mail no later than 2 calendar days after receiving the product.
Return merchandise must be received within 7 days from the date you receive your package. If for some reason you are not satify with the product you may return the item via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund to be issued.
Please take under consideration that the returned package will be returned to China. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways.
Items on sale price or special offer price are not exchangeable or returnable.
Please note that this procedure is invalid for volume orders (more than 6 pieces).
ITEM'S CONDITION: Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to Luv2getit.com must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paper works (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED ON THE BOX. The item/s must be packaged in an appropriate way to prevent any damage.Do not put your shoe box in an envelope (UPS envelope for example) or simply tape up your shoe box and put an address on it. This will destroy the box and thus will not be accepted and shipped back to you at your cost.
Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on a carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in! This is the best packaging to use for returns. Shoes or bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. Bags and wallets must have all the tags still attached and have not been used or damaged in any way to receive a refund.
A little 12% restocking fee on the entire value of the order (item(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us.
Refund will be issued within 24-72hrs of receiving your return back to us.
Can I exchange an item? We will gladly exchange it at no extra charge. You can exchange an item within 7 business days from the receiving date. An exchange can be asked only if item is damage.We ship the exchange product when the original product is delivered back to us.
My item is damage! What di I do?
You have 24hrs from delivery receipt to report damaged shipments. To expedite, please contact us via e-mail. We offer only DAMAGE FREE merchandise on our website, however we will take the necessary actions to exchange your damaged merchandise for another same item. We will arrange pickup via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs will be billed to us and we will then send you a new DAMAGE FREE item.
How fast are returns given to returned merchandise? As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will thoroughly inspect it for damages and no signs of use. Refunds are given within 24 to 72hrs.
